Ambience Air Airconditioning was established by father and son team, Jeff and Nathan Dibb. Between them they have over 35 years experience in the air conditioning industry.

A combination of sales and design from Jeff, followed by experience in construction and installation procedures from Nathan, covers all aspects of airconditioning applications to ensure customer satisfaction from beginning to end.

Our ambition is to maintain quality, service and dedication to our customers to ensure complete satisfaction. We realise that the purchase of an airconditioner is a value added investment to your home, therefore we only recommend products of the highest standard using the latest technology, followed by quality equipment to complement the system you choose.

At Ambience Air we choose Sound Finance as our licensed finance broker. Sound Finance is quick and easy. Personal loans can usually be approved over the phone within 15 minutes and virtually all finance can be made available within 24 hours of application.

How does it work?

If you have a full-time job or are an aged pensioner, answer a few questions for the sales staff and they will complete the ½ page application for you.

You choose whether your direct debits are fortnightly or monthly.

The application and approval process take only a few minutes and you're done.

After approval and paying your deposit, you may take home your products and the retailer will send the application on to Certegy.

We'll send you a confirmation letter detailing the dates and amount of each direct debit.

Make sure there is money in your account on the stated dates and be rest-assured, there is no interest, EVER!

What you will need

We ask that you supply the following:

Full BSB and account or credit card number along with documentation showing proof of bank account ownership (sorry EFTPOS cards are not suitable as they cannot be debited). A bank statement is fine.
Photo identification is required.

Our Team

Our sales consultant team is amongst the most experienced in the industry. We provide a free no pressure in-house measure and quote service to all our customers. Every system is individually designed to suit lifestyle and the air conditioning application. Our sales consultants are trained to assess each application and offer advice and solutions. With double story installations we can provide additional consultancy services to our customers at no extra charge. These services include the provision of duct sizing and layout drawings for the builder, detailed schedule of builders’ work including electrical and penetration information.

Over the last year we have extended our business from the residential market to commercial projects. We have the expertise to design, manufacture, install, manage and commission larger commercial air conditioning and ventilation projects.

We recognise that the quality of our installations is crucial to our success and our tradesmen are an integral and respected part of the company. This approach has developed a proud and loyal team with most of our installation teams having been with the company since its inception. Ambience Air tradesman go through a quality procedure program. A dedicated supervisor ensures a consistent standard of installation and monitors all under construction projects. Our site supervisors work closely with builders, architects and developers to ensure each installation runs smoothly.

Ambience Air recommend equipment supplied by the major manufacturers who provide quality equipment, good warranty service and long term backup. We have chosen to supply Braemar, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Advantage Air, Mitsubishi, Breezair and Coolair. These suppliers fit our business model and conduct their business to the highest professional standards. Having established a sound working relationship with all of the major suppliers, Ambience Air has significant purchasing power which enables us to pass benefits such as better prices, promotional products and better manufacturers’ services on to our customers.
