We have nothing but praise for the gentleman delivering our delivery on Monday morning together with the entire team that completed our installation today… each one of them ..from Shane,Max, Duanne and Alan/Alex were amazing.. They worked efficiently, neatly and were very informative all the time on what was to happen next…  We appreciate their politeness and kindness to us both. Also for finally cleaning up and returning our home back to normal after the work was done. Please give them our thanks for a job well done.

I am writing this email to advise how impressed my partner and I were with the installers Shane, Bruce, Allan and Duan. I can honestly say I have never met a team of contractors that were so highly professional, informative and trustworthy. Their workmanship from the start of the job to the very end was impeccable.   I had to met them and leave straight away to go back to work and never once through out the day did I have an ounce of concern that they were in the house without myself or my partner being there.   Also, the follow up the next day topped this whole professional outfit off. Thank you and your company for installing the evaporative system in my home, it was nice having a very cool house yesterday. I just want to commend your workers for a job well done. The two most outstanding people were the installation team and the plumber team. They were friendly and were willing to answer any questions that my wife and I had. They went beyond their call of duty. The plumber and his partner were patient as he explained to us and showed us how to program and use the evaporative system. Their professionalism is the best.
